ISB racing is not responsible for any physical damage or death doing ISB Racing School events.
In consideration of the awards posted for this event, the entrant and the driver he/she has nominated agree to permit the ISB Racing School
and their assigns the use of their name, voice, and/or likeness for news, publicity, and feature use including radio, TV, film, newspapers,
magazines or other media in connection with advertising.
Any rider that sign this agreement by doing so understand and have read to accept ISB terms and conditions by sign.

1. 承认本人（我们）完全明白本人或该未成年人参加活动存在的受伤或死亡的风险（包括经济损失及其相关损失的风险），前述风险既可
能因本人或该未成年人自己的行为、不行为或疏忽、或身体或车辆因素而造成，也可能因他人的行为、不行为或疏忽、或身体或车辆因素
而造成，或者因对设施、赛道或场区的状况条件不熟悉以及这类活动的规则造成。
2. 承担本人或该未成年人人身伤害（包括一切医疗费用或住院费用）、永久丧失能力或部分丧失能力、死亡及本人财产损坏和损失方面、
本人或该未成年人参加活动所导致的或由于前述参赛而产生的任何和所有风险。
3. 承诺不会就人身伤害、财产损失或死亡在任何国家向组织单位、个人提起关于因本人或该未成年人参加活动而导致的损害赔偿的诉讼或
提出有关索赔。
4. 承诺对于因本人或该未成年人参加活动而造成的或源自其参加活动的任何责任、损失、损害、索赔、要求或其他诉因（不论是因后述各
方的疏忽还是其他原因而造成的），放弃、免除、解除、撤销活动所有组织者、赞助单位、场地单位及其职员、雇员和代理人的责任。
5. 同意凡是/本人或该未成年人参加活动有关的本人或该未成年人的所有照片、图片、影片、录像片和影音片，永远归组织单位所有，并同
意组织单位使用、授权使用前述资料。
6. 承诺永远授权组织单位及其继承/受让单位使用本人或该未成年人于比赛的姓名、个人信息、肖像、声音和外貌，其使用包括并不限于任
何市场活动、任何商业用途、任何媒体、任何成品及其相关广告品。
本人保证有权做出上述声明，并且不因此项放弃而损及第三者利益。

Weather
ISB cannot control the weather. If it rains, the day still goes ahead, unless deemed otherwise by Track Owners/Officials. It is your decision if
you ride in part or all of the day, taking into account your rdi ing ability, weather conditions and condition of your equipment and motorcycle. If
you choose not to ride on the day, your monies will be forfeited and no rescheduling can be made.

Cancellation Policy
ISB has a strict no refund policy. Regardless of the reason (including weathers conditions, work requirements, family crisis, motorcycle
problems, health problems etc) there are no refunds (in part or in full).
PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT ISB's responsibility if you fail to attend, if we deem you or your bike unfit to ride, you cannot ride ,or choose not to
ride all or part of the day. Your monies will be forfeited.

Bike Responsibility
It is NOT ISB's responsibility if your bike does not meet the scrutineering requirements.

Leathers
For your safety, full leathers are mandatory at all track daysw ith ISB Race school. The leathers can be one or two piece suist, as long as two
piece suits zip together right around the body. If you do not have leathers, you will not be able to ride on your chosen day,a nd your monies
will be forfeited.

Conduct
ISB ensures to all of our customers and staff, fun, safe and professional events. We have a zero tolerance for abuse, foul language, fraud,
slander or any other inappropriate behaviour or conduct to staf, fellow customers, others attending our events and on social media.

Payment
All prices advertised are Pre-Paid before the school start.

由于天气不可控，即使下雨，当天培训也会正常进行。
如果由于赛车场关闭赛道，将延期或全额退款。
如果因为自身身体原因不能继续参加培训，将不重新安排培训课程，且不予以退款。
ISB有严格的退款政策。无论自身原因或不可抗因素（包括气候条件、工作原因、家庭危机、摩托车问题、健康问题等）都不予以退款。
请注意：若由于您的摩托车不能使用或者您自身原因不能参加当天部分或全部的培训内容，ISB概不负责，且培训费不予以退还。
若您的摩托车检查不符合培训要求，ISB概不负责。
为了您的安全，请您在参加培训当天务必穿戴骑行装备（比赛专用头盔、手套、鞋子，连体真皮赛车服或能有拉链链接的两件套真皮赛车
服）。若您的装备不符合要求，将不能参加当天的培训，且培训费不予以退还。
所有费用必须在开课之前预先支付。
