过户验车遇到麻烦 请大神 指条明路

今天去办过户了   二手交易市场的事已经完事    剩下的就是验车上新牌子了    车的刹车手柄换了两个牛角  验车让改回原装的   车身上漆面有擦伤  让把漆面补上   问题 这些整完以后会不会还有别的事       所以果断请大神指条明路   我住房山  附近哪里好办一些  最好可以找个人帮忙直接弄了   我也没干过这事 不知道找谁   


现在就剩下去车管所验车换新牌子了  跪求啊  后天就放假了  明天想赶紧办了


再有就是找人办  手续费一般收多少
